Advanced data centers drive demand for higher performance PCBs
The data center market is one of the sectors that is expected to continue to grow significantly due to increasing demand for digitalization, cloud computing, and digital storage across a variety of industries.In recent years, the spread of 5G, AI, IoT, and cloud computing has led to a massive increase in data demand.This trend is predicted to continue to increase in the future, and data centers are being built all over the world.It is predicted that higher speeds, larger capacities, and more energy efficient data centers will become even more important in the future, and the PCBs needed at data centers will also be required to have characteristics such as high density, high-speed transmission, and high reliability.LCS is actively developing PCBs to meet these requirements.

A diverse lineup of materials and
the use of new materials
In order to meet the various needs of our customers, LCS has a diverse lineup of materials, allowing customers to select the material that best suits their application. LCS is conducting internal qualification evaluations using these materials, and is accumulating data by conducting basic data and reliability evaluations of printed circuit boards before mass-producing actual models. We also exchange information closely with each manufacturer, and when new materials are developed, we obtain the information and use it to produce evaluation boards.
Electrical properties database
LCS has a diverse lineup of materials, and we have compiled a database of the electrical properties of each material. LCS is well versed in the effects of layer configuration, line width, surface treatment, and copper foil type on electrical properties, and can propose PCBs that meet the electrical properties customer require.
Compatible with a
variety of board structures
LCS can manufacture PCBs with a variety of structures.In addition to through-hole and laminated structures, we can also handle build-ups, skip vias, and asymmetrical configurations.
Works have been carried out to minimizing the stub length remaining in back drilling to reduce signal reflection.Precise control of impedance through ensuring consistent spacing / width of differential pair to meet the demand of high-speed application.
